NEWCITY is a strategically located, 1-million-square-foot, $270 million development that will offer a fitness center, gourmet supermarket, hotel, restaurants and entertainment venues as well as a full array of specialty shops. Three mixed-use buildings, including a meticulously appointed residential tower, are positioned around a one-acre lavishly landscaped park/plaza. The design also offers tree-lined, pedestrian-friendly walks along the main exterior streets.
